Retained Selection Recruitment:  In circumstances where a client needs to advertise a role (such as legal requirements, company policy, or simply to improve the selection), Network 92 can manage all aspects from concept to shortlist, including writing advertising copy, initial screening and shortlist presentation using either the client's corporate image or Network 92's image depending on the confidentiality. Network 92 would research and propose the best media media (newspapers / trade journals / internet job-boards) to ensure the most effective response is achieved.

Retained Search Recruitment:  Network 92 work closely with specialist researchers to construct a list of potential candidates from specifically targetted companies. Network 92 would then manage the process from the initial candidate approach to explain the opportunity, through screening to shortlist.
